CHRISTMAS TRUCE INSPIRATION

STEP NO. 1

  • the dark green tempera cakes will not arrive in time for art class so we will get a little creative with dark green watercolor pencils for the 2nd-8th grade. Pre-K to 1st will use tempera cakes with willow charcoal only.
  • watercolor pencil will be applied after pencil drawing and before willow charcoal

NOTES FOR PRE-K to 1ST

  • student will be given a pre-drawn scene, which they will trace in willow charcoal and paint with tempera cakes
  • white snow will be applied with thin brush and white acrylic paint rather than white out correction pen
  • text will be in dashed lines for tracing
