• watercolor sketchbook or paper
• pencil
• watercolor paint pan
• paint palette to mix colors
• medium flat brush, thin tip brush

Step no.1

• with this sketchbook page we took the opportunity to learn how to paint bamboo …. this is the tutorial we followed

Step no.2

• write “vietnam war” in pencil
• using a thin tip brush trace over your pencil writing with black watercolor and enhance the sides of the letters with red watercolor
• write the history sentence in black felt tip pen and enhance the sides using a thin tip brush and black or red watercolor
