- watercolor paper or heavy cardstock cut down to fit in your sketchbook
- tempera paint or poster paint
- gift card or something similar
- artists tape, masking tape, or washi tape
- circle and letter stencils or paint by hand
- gridded graph paper
- scissors
- glue stick
- 3M foam tape
